All claims need authorisation from Showies Boutique in order for your claim to be processed. We are unable to offer a refund unless the claim is in accordance with the fair trade practises act. The item is then recognised as faulty and incurs a refund.

Alternatively, you may return the item(s) in store with a copy of your ‘Tax Invoice’ within 7 days of your purchase.
To avoid delivery problems, we encourage sending your return back by registered post. Please allow two weeks for processing, from the day you return your package. Customers will be responsible for return shipping and handling charges.
EXCHANGES
Showies Boutique will happily exchange your item if it has not been worn, washed or damaged in anyway. Please ensure all original swing tags are intact. Exchanges are subject to availability and also need confirmation from our dispatch department. This has to be done within 7 days of receiving your goods .
We are happy to offer a credit note if you change your mind once you have received your purchase. Please adhere to the exchange option policies. Please note that our offer of free shipping does not extend to customers using a credit note.
Due to health reasons earrings and hosiery are not able to be returned unless faulty or wrongly described.
If there is an error with the quantities on site and you have paid for an item which has been sold, we are happy to offer you a refund on this item.
